NO CREDIT CARD RECEIVED, GOT a bill of 1685.4 to deposit (NO TRANSPARENCY)

They've not sent a credit card. Still i got a bill of 1685.4 to deposit by due date 09/01. Why should i pay 1000/- joining fees and 500/- annual fee while I've not agreed to the same. I have n't received my card yet. Still i got the bill in my hand. I don't want to have credit card of this fake BANK. Plz help me to get rid of this fake BANKING AGENCY
