In appropriate way of extracting money from clients

Me and my family have more than one account with Axis Bank, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. Since June 09 one of our account has been charged 770 consolidated charges nad 77 service tax - twice. And my other account has been charged 990 consolidated charges and 99 service tax - once. The first time we saw the charge on our account we contacted the branch manager Mr. Aditya and asked him to reimburse as he admitted himself that we shouldnt be charged. He said he will get the refund in a weeks time.. This was back in July 09 and till date (Oct 2) I have not received my refund. Instead on 26 Sept 09 I am charged again.

In August, I requested Imran (Branch rep) to degrade my account to avoid further confusions and charges.. And he confirmed that its been taken care of. Yet, my accounts got charged and now I am so pissed at the management that I am not willing to continue holding my account with this bank ever.

I strongly recommend all those who read this complaint that stay away from opening an account with Axis bank.
