ICONNECT PASSWORD not received

I requested for resetting my Iconnect password, since I dont have one on Sep 2007 in one of their Branches - Ashok Nagar, they told they will courier it to the Bank Branch of my account - Mylapore.

Then I gave around 3- Request through Mail to Axis bank representative.. I even called him and told it... Still it is not working .. This month is Jan.. so I am waiting for my Iconnect for around 5 months.
