Delayed and Torn Statements

Dear sir,

I am an account holder with your bank and have been receiving statements of my demat account from you periodically by post. However, I wish to bring to your notice that off late the statements are reaching me after a long time and are invariably damaged. The last statement received by me on 25th January was a shocker! The statement was completely open, the envelope torn and ragged to the extent that only the front cover of the envelope was present. This is a serious matter and makes my personal details available to everyone en-route, besides being a security breach.

I hope you will look into the matter and the needful will be done.
