ATM International Debt Card not working

My name is A. Balasubramaian

i had opened an account with uti bank in Jan '08.

and for that i gotta an international debit card.. card no:-- 5267010060356058 .. validity of that is till Jan '13...

but if i use my card my transaction gets decliened... and the response code comes :-- 050

"UNAUTHORISED CARD USAGE"..

how can i get rid of this problem..

i can not go the bank personally from where i had this account ..

why can't i use the facilities without a prior notice from the bank..please take a quick action for the problem, so that i can use my account...
