It has been observed that some body unauthorizedly done transaction with credit card no:4718630000154.

As per your bank statements forwarded to I have been paid my last payment on 10 Dec 08 till to date. Thereafter I did not do any transaction any more after that. It is requested to place an Investigation & the scrutinization of the ID address where from the order been placed for making payment and intimate me at your end please
