Delay for courie

Hi,

Firstly I want to introduce myself I am Shankar residency in Srirampurma Bangalore-560021.

I have to receive a courier from Mumbai, its very confidential courier. But the service of yours made me waiting from past 10days. I got the information about courier should reached me within 72hours from the date dispatch.

But still your service made me waiting I had tried calling Blue Dart courier service of Yeshwanthpur branch number i.e.0802347510, the call was just ringing no one to pick up the phone.

Let me know what I shall do for it, I can’t come to the branch of Yeshwanthpur to collect the courier in that case why you service are available.
