Poor mobile banking service

Axis bank has a very poor customer service. I had applied for mobile banking (mobile alerts) and it charges 134/- but if I make a transaction on 21/10 I will either get the message on my cell phone on 31/10 or I don’t receive it at all. Where as ICICI bank service is so good.

Why do we trust these banks?
