Dear Sir/Madam,
This is in response to the letter No:4322 dated Dec 19 with the above captured subject.
Kindly note that the same credit card was reissued to me on informing that the original card was lost from my end. The executive who took the application for new card has informed that there is no charges for a fresh one, but later i have found that the information given was wrong. I have given a written letter to the AXIS bank, calicut branch for cancelling the card.
I have furthur send reminders to cancel the card on this in the month ofOctober, November and December.
No transaction was made on the newly issued card also.
Requesting you to kindly consider my request to cancel the card and stop the process in recovering the dues from my SB A/c.
