I am facing lots of issues regarding my credit card consistently since last 8-10 months. I must have informed to Axis Bank tele banking officers several times, but very careless attitude from them. Always promise for getting back in 7 working days but now almost 5 months are over. Still waiting for 7 days to get over.
I have received the Axis bank card (Magnet supermarket) and from day one there are issues with it. First statement was not received by me, so the second one came with penalty (after checking with Axis bank, they confirmed of not even generating the statement)
Once, they have lost the payment cheque (dropped into the axis back ATM center - drop box) and eventually the ATM center got disappeared (Agar Bazar at Prabhadevi). Meanwhile lots of correspondence made with bank and payment was on hold for couple of months. Finally after a "GO AHEAD" signal from Axis bank, I made a fresh payment and issue got settled. But every time since then, my bill is coming with late payment fees, service taxes, debit interest etc (Rs. 140) till date.
Regular follow up with Vishal (18.8.07 comp no 29221), Darshan (8.9.07 comp no 29207), Prashant (19.10.07 comp no NA) Firoz (15.1.08 comp no 123256) again Prashant (31.1.08 and 7.2.08 comp no 168773) Kapil and anish (15.2.08) has resulted into nothing. Lots of promises, but ZERO result.
I am getting regular messages from Axis (electronic generated message) on receiving the mails and informed with the reply about "your mail is been forwarded to concerned dept" but I wonder if any person is there in concerned dept? Because since last 6 months, I have not received any single reply regarding the status of the complaints. "We will get back to you in 7 working days" is a common answer I get every time I called up your tele banking officers.
I sincerely want to check with your senior staff (who is responsible for customer complaints and who is intented to resolve this issue), is this issue is going to resolve at any time?
My bill amount without using the card is sincerely increasing by Rs 140/- every month and now it has reached to Rs . 1085/- All this amount is just in the form of late payment fees, service taxes, debit interest etc. I have cleared my purchase amount long time back and on request of your banking officers, I am waiting for the reversals since last 6 months. Meanwhile my card charges are just inflating every month. Once for all, I want to stop this.
Can some one from Axis Bank do it???
