Dear Sir,

I Mr. Ajit J Shroff, residence at Borivali W,

i m having Axis bank credit card,

my card but at past week i received statement, in the statement there is FALSE ENTRY of 25000/= (Twenty Five thousand) which did not Transaction by me, i complaint in AXIX BANK 3 times every time they said we sending you 1 ADJUSTMENT Form, still i didnt received that form, they are not talking properly & cut my call,

i m trying to create TPIN but when i enter my card no, computer say this card no is not valid.
