i mrs sheetal santosh suryawanshi.

i write this letter regarding my husband (mr santosh v suryawanshi' ) axis bank credit card are not issued, more than 1 month gone.

if you lost my certificcates, or you dont wants to issued me.

credit card limit is in super gold card scheme as per your bank.

please let me no where is problem arrive?
