Change of address

Dear sir

I am using Axis bank credit card bearing no 4718 6300 0282 8159

since march - 2008. I was issued the card at Vijayawada, now i got myself relocated at Visakhapatnam.

I send an request via post for the change of address. till now nothing has happened.
