NEFT Power Transfe

My friend transferred Rs - from his Axis Bank to My Saving account in Bank of India (Null Bazar branch) Account through NEFT Power Trasnfer on 4th February.

His account got debited for the amount and he got the UNIQUE REF no. SETUSTP08B972214 from his bank. but till date my account has not been credited for the said amount the details of the transfer are as below

On 27 Feb I posted a complaint to RBI through their website,

So on 5th March

Mr Dharmendra Azad

Manager

Department of Payment and Settlement Systems

Reserve Bank of India, Central Office

Mumbai - 400 001

sent the email to both the banks and a CC to my email Id, requesting to check the matter and to give reason for the delay.

On 8th March I got the reply from my Bank (Bank of India) that they have not received the captioned transaction till date.

But No reply has been received from Axis bank till date.

Please look into the matter and reply with a positive solution.
