Damage my mobile

I got a mobile from your showroom (Sony World) just few month ago. It is totaly new But one day I suddenly Saw that I just could not copy any thing from PC to mobile then I meet to your service center Babli Media (106A, Raja Dinendra Rd. Kol-04 Ph.981255787, 03332603356). But they change my hole Mother board And now Mobile is running with same problem and also showing Virus in it. Please Help me.
