Non-Delivery Of Insurance Policy

I insured my bike (Pulsar 150 DTSI) on 30.09.08 and was assured that the policy would reach me within 15 days at the maximum. I have been in continuous follow-up with the agent but HE IS ALSO NOT CONCERNED IN SOLVING MY PROBLEM. He does not pick up my phone, neither does he seem to be serious in resolving the issue. I have spent much on calling him so many times and visiting him. I request you to kindly deliver me the policy AT THE EARLIEST with due apology or i would be forced to appeal to Consumer Court. my cover note number is BZ0800917845 and the bike is on the name of Gaurav Talwar.
