Refund for New FamilyGain policy

I opened a "New FamilyGain" policy with Bajaj Allianz for an Assured sum of RS 500000 on 4th June and paid the 1st installment of Rs 50000/

Due to financial crisis I could not continue further. Hence I had requested for refund.

I had asked through email and phone. But their answer is "You have to complete atleast 3 years to get back money".

I am not able to continue and wish to loose even some amount.

Please guide.
