Receipt for policy payment not receiving

Sir / Madam

I have bajaj allianz policy through Standard Chartered Bank from past 3 years through Bajaj Allianz officer named Balaji working at Annanagar, Chennai branch office. Till date there is no default in my payment. I have sent him enough reminders through phone calls stating i have not received my quarterly payment receipts. He always provides me false hope that he is looking into the case and will confirm, after which i will neither receive any confirmation from him or his office.

I have till date spent almost Rs 1500/- through various means which i am definitely to take up in consumer court if not resolved within this week.
