CHEAT IN POLICY

Dear Sir

My name is Pankaj Bansal. I took a medical health policy from Bajaj Allianz. All the policy related information and issue was discussed with company agent Ms. Sarita (mobile no. - 9968201973).

After Discussion all the document and a cheque no. 227460 Amt. 3638/- Dated 10/11 have been given to Mr. Jatin Kumar (Document collector mobile no. 9891171972) on 10/11/08. but till upto no any policy document received by me. when i call to Sarita, she tells me who r u and which document you want, no any sarita is here.

i have complaint in bajaj customer care (ref no. 31848909) but no any response come upto.

1.5 month have left this process my chq amt has debited my bank a/c
