I am a holder of HDFC Bank Credit Card. Bank offers me a plan of Family Care in collaboration of Bajaj Allianz and sell me mediclaim policy on 21st June.
Bank has deducted policy price from my credit card. I have got a sms from Bank that policy documents are sending to your postal address on 2nd July. But i have not got any document. I have complained it to my bank credit card department then they have gave me policy number OG092401996100155006 and said that documents are sending to ur postal address.
Today, 3 months and 20 days has passed away but still i cannot get my policy documents.
