Not receiving my pan card

Hello Sir,

I am Sandeep Dhiman From Jind City. I was applied for my pen card dated 17 Nov. but I am not receiving my pen card. I am also complaint for this two times but I am not receiving my pen card.

My first complaint no is:-1115687 and second complaint no is:-1173374,

I think that my home address is not found by the postman so I want to change my address.

My last address which is in my pen card form is H.N. 433/15, KRISHANA COLONY NEAR MAHADEV DHARAMSHALA, SAFIDON ROAD JIND HARYANA PIN CODE- 126102.

Now I want that please sand my pen card at my new address:-Sandeep Dhiman S/o Sh. Rampal Dhiman V.K.WATCH HOUSE NEAR JYOTI FURNITURE, SEWA DHAM WALI GALI, SAFIDON ROAD, JIND HARYANA, PIN CODE;-126102

This address of my daddy’s shop please sands my pen card at this address so I can take it. If there is any extra charge I will pay that in cash to the Postman.
