Post sale service deficiency

This is to address my humble request that I purchased a c-wine colored Avenger DTsi 200cc ; CH.No: MD2DGJMZZPCG01124 on 31st October from your Bajaj probiking showroom, Vasant Lok, Delhi, registered in Delhi with reg no. DL6SAB2479 . Now I am experiencing with a serious problem with its wheel misalignment which surfaced on 2rd free service onwards which has still not been rectified by your trained technicians at Bagga Link service centres at ohkla and karol bagh, delhi either. My bike inclines to my right side the moment I drive it and due to this I have to make an extra physical effort to balance it straight leading to development of sprain in my right shoulder and fist for which I am shelling my precious money in treatment arised due to this technical fault of bike. Also, it becomes quite dangerous to drive it even at a speed of 60 miles/hr. And to the top of it when I walked in to address my greivence to probiking showroom, there was no such data stored in the system regarding post-sale service follow-up calls to the customer need to be done to ascertain the working and overall performance of the bike. This shows lack of service unprofessionalism and deviation from the SOPs of customer servicing and handling. And now my free services has been lapsed and there is no body to guide me and to solve my genuine problem I was forced to write this complaint to you and earnestly request your good self to please look into the matter so that such incidents of unprofessional and not conforming to the post sale service standards of Bajaj should not demotivate the customers.
