My husband got loan from the company for one year installment for our personal PC, from anand branch of bajaj finance in may after taking 6000 rs as refundable security deposite.
we have already paid the loan by time, and we have filled up form on complition of loan for our refund on 15th of june
responsible person at anand branch told us that we will get the check within 15 days.but still after 2 months we could not get it...
worst part is that, when ever we make call to the anand branch, no body receives.i m calling almost from last 1 month but no body id responding.yeasterday somebody picked up named as mr .dixit... whom we had submitted that form... he said that he has nothing in his computer record that we have submitted the form .he has no detail for that.and they are not giving any information regarding my cheque...
what steps i can take for this kind of irrisponsible person and company as well.?
