I had purchased food processor FX 10 food factory on 11 Oct and since then it has been repaired number of times due to some or the other defects like the fly wheel wear out or the gear wear out etc. Service executive by Name Jagdish from Indore use to come every time and repair the same and he also promised that the same will be conveyed to the company and will be replaced since the piece is defective till date nothing has been done and the proceesor is still non funtional. Kindly look into the matter and get the things regulated at the earliest since the processsor is under guarantee for 2years. My Guarantee card details are as follows :-
