Unsatisfactory service and quality

Dear sir,

I am an MBA student. I have purchased Bajaaj Pulsar DTS-i from TCS Bajaj. Plot 63, Neelam Bata Road, N.I.T, faridabad Ph: 0129-4030300, fax: 0129-4010800 on 14th Feb. 2007. after that i have got three services done from there. but during my fourth service, i was not well for more than a week. so i could not get it serviced aon time. but when i went to the service center, they refused to do the third service and told me they would only do the fourth service. i requested them so many times and explained my situation. but did not listen to me. they even did not suggested me any solution. then i got my fourth service done. every time i explain to them the problems but i could see any improvement in those problems. last week i got a serious problem in my bike. its piston kit is creating sound. now since bajaj provides 5 years warranty, i went to get the problem checked. but now they they are saying my bike is not in warranty and i would have to pay for it. since i am doing MBA i dont have time to visit that service center again and again. but they people are not wiling to help me. Please advice.
