To change the silencer which is now defected

There was a blast in the silencer when i was driving my bike.when i have go to bajaj service center (ansh bajaj rohtak) i exlpaned that the silencer is defected which was under warrenty period they checked silencer they said they will change and when i came to pick my bike they have not changed and when i asked what happened they said that there is a dent but there was no dent tere were only scraches due to speed brakers
