Poor customer satisfaction

I purchased pulsar 180 UG4 on 17 Aug 09, from Bagga Link Pitampura, Delhi. Within a month bike started giving problems. I even contacted Mr J.K. Arora (Area Manager Bajaj Auto, Delhi) he agrees that bike is having some manufacturing defect, but says he is helpless. Plz help me i dont no what to do now.
