Not getting NOC

Dear sir, i had forclosed my account on bajaj pulsar [TN-33AL-0051] on 23.05. but ihad not yet got my NOC in office they told that i will recieved my NOC within 45 days, but 60 days have been gone, so please arange my NOC as fast as you can thank you
