My Barclaycard no.4339487873601499

I am not given the permision to give me priority circle but it is given me and i am also call in Barclay card P.O BOX 115677 nariman point Mumbai 21call center around nine time in Barclay card call center. But no one replay it . many time I also email it .but I don’t recive any replay. I request to you solve my problem & cancelled amount.
