Outstanding payment calls

This refers to the outstanding on the above mentioned credit card.

I had used this card long back for a meagre amount of Rs 800/- odd amount and also paid for it with late fine. After several calls for outstanding recovery I had decided to settle this card. I spoke to one of the recovery agent from BSA Infomedia Pvt Ltd and on mutual agreement decided to make settlement of the same card by paying Rs 1000/-.

The Agent (Sushil) visited my office and accepted Rs 1000/- in cash as the settlement and handed over the settlement letter (MUM/BCGOLD/19842 dated 21.04.09) to me.

Even though this payment was made I have been receiving calls from recovery agents asking for outstanding payment. I have furnished all the details several times to “N” number of agents but in vain.

Recently I have also spoken to some Dinesh (9819839879) and have emailed all the details on [email protected] and [email protected], but have not received any response from their end.

I have also sent a Registered A/D letter to Ms Poonam Sharma-Manager –Credit Cards, New Delhi on 14th Sep 2009.
