Wrong Late Fee Payment Charges

Dear Sir,

I am holding Barclay credit card since last 3 years. But I am facing trouble from Barclay from last june. I had expense Rs.150 on apr. In spite of not received the statement of that month. I paid my outstanding amount before due date 01/06/09. After payment I received your duplicate statement (on my request before due date) at 10/06/09 through express courier service and later on 13/06/09 I had received late fee payment statement.

In above matter I had talked to customer care to revert my wrong late fee payment charges. At that time they replied me, after few days they will inform me for my request after awaited of one week or more I called back for previous call there after customer Executive answered me that revert was not possible. In between your second bill was generated. And I had received another late fee payment bill from your side. It was not legitimate from Barclay, When ever matter is pending from Barclay Customer care bill should be hold up from Barclay. This is immoral thing.

There after still today I am communicating with customer care about above wrong charges but still I have not receive appropriate answer from any authority of Barclay card

I have also another bank credit card and loans. I am regular payer of my all outstanding.

I have all your statements with courier stamp with date. I am still Awaiting for good and appropriate reply from Barclay Card.
