Statements not recived and Heavy late free charges

Hi,

I yudester lal not receving a statements from barcalys cards any of these form i.e., hard copy or e Mail.even their toll free nymber given doesn't work at all, when contacted by me on their noida, mumbai and chennai branch no response from them. I have mail to all the concern people of Barclays card and courier service named IT Express. Know their fining me heavy charges for me.

please help in these case.
