Not paying salaries till date

I hav been working from april 05 but till today i hav not recieved my salaries till today

on being asked to concerned store manager he is saying that the HR has to release the cheque but he is on leave from 5 months and the personal manager has quit the job and i recieved an imformation that our higher authorites hav flooded with our salaries we are in a great trouble and i am non resident of the state AP
