I have Purchase your company shoes from Bata showroom the address of your company showroom is Jangali Maharaj Road Deccan Gymkhan Pune on dated 18-Octomber (Bill No 18-10-10/1/0073 02039)
But within 3 days your company shoes is total cut in the medals and I was go to Bata showroom for solve my problem But your company owner or employee told me, you give your shops to me for 1 and half week so I told him I have no other shoes so you please try to repair this on 1 days or issue me new shoes but he argue with me. I am very disappointed from your company service.
So I would like to request to you please do the needful and solve my problem for your reference this shoes give to me my mother this most important for us.
