Marie Claire Bag

Hi,

I have purchased BATA marie claire bag last month from Dwarka Sector 7 Dwarka.

The bag is not good quality... it start damaging.

Please help as I need to get that replaced. I have lost my bill as I did not thought BATA provides such kind of stuff ever.
