I brought a black formal shoe in 25.12.2011 from D-Block, Cannaught Place, New Delhi authorised code no. 100925 rate 1499/- only... my shoe sole has totely broken... and i go to the show room the receptionist told me that you have complained online on bata website and i was told that i will get a shoe in exchange with that.so kindly look into this matter and please do something with this... thank you.
