I purchased the above mentioned shoes from Authorized Bata Sale, Kanpur (Cash Memo Lost) and I was shocked to see how within 10 minutes of wearing these shoes, the full sole of the shoes damaged so badly that it appears as if they were made of sand. I am a regular user of Bata product but I have never come across the shoes of such poor quality. It seems that this is a forged product sold in the name of Bata. this is a matter of deep concern. Please take appropriate action from your side and order to replace the same. Hope for an early and positive action from your side.
