I have purchsed bata raniy shoe from Bombaywala Readymae Store, Near Sagar Talkies, Raopura, Vadodara-390001, Gujarat, India.
I purchased this shoe on Sunday, 12-7.
I would like to complanit that the size of shoe which is given to me is short by one number i.e. no.6. When I wore the shoe it seems too fit in my feet. But my shoe size is no. 7. when I went to dealer on very next day for change of shoe. The dealer repiled he will not change it and not behaved in a good manner.
As such Bata is very big and renowed shoes company i hope my complaint will be considered at the earliest.
