on 20 July I asked one of cost 229 Rs. then after going back to home i got some other model code 6618088 - Belinda (499 Rs), I paid also 499 Rs in the shop, but at home i foundthis was by mistaken exchange some others selection which was not fit to my size then I returned it back on 2nd aug but during that time I got some new stuff but this item (
Belinda) they (bata shop keeper) took on 290 Rs, it means almost 499
- 290 = 209 Rs is LOST for me, Now I want th 100 % refund becuase I went on 14 days to the shop keep to exchange the thing. Please contact me on mobile for further detail. This is absoletly cheating case as the price goes down bcos of discount and middle of that customer came to exchange the item.
then after this BATA service replied me to ask further details about Name of Store and dates.

We would like to inform you that the article no. 6618088 purchased by you on 20th July was worth Rs. 499. Later when you visited the store for replacement of the same the price was reduced to Rs. 290. Hence you will get a 100% replacement on Rs. 290 from 21 - 80FT ROAD, TIPPASANDRA in BANGALORE store (080 2521043). (Please note that the replacement value of next purchase will be equal to the current MRP of the similar article as mentioned in your last cash memo).

but after RE_VISITING the store, the shopkeeper, completely denied to "REFUND" the money or "REPLACEMENT" on the reason of ..."BATA service has not communicated with them..., once they communicate they will INFORM ME".
but so far not single action taken by "Shop keeper" as well from BATA services.
