Non - delivery of the consignment

Dear Sir,

One consignment was booked vide AWB No. 58083835224 Dt. 24.07.09 from Mumbai with the instruction to arrange to deliver to our Gurgaon office on 25.07.09 which could not be delivered so far.

In morning we had placed request to arrange to deliver the same by 12.00 noon on 27.07.09 as it contains some important document but the same could not even delivered today by 5.00 p.m.

When we tried to contact to your Delhi office at 011-66111234 some Mr. Srikant was on the line who has informed that the boy is on the way to deliver the same and can not help in this matter. When the undersigned wanted to know the time limit of the delivery he was rude in reply and informed that Blue dart does not take responsibility of timely delivery. Is this the ethics of working of such a orgnisation who claim to be leader in express service?

May we request you to look into and inform us the outcome.
