Beetel cordless phone
Not working

I have purchased a beetel cordless phone (model No. CB 61000) on 8/7 from Quilon radio service, Thiruvananthapuram. The is completely dead after one month. I returned the phone at the shop from where I purchased it on 10/10/09. I contacted the service person one Mr. Maneesh (Mob. No. 9633339111) and according to him the phone was sent to Bangalore for replacement. So far I did not receive the replacement.
