I went for a test drive of maruti suzuki Ritz at berkeley automobiles. during the test drive just near the showroom the car met with an unfortunate accident. i was made to pay rs.10000 for the damage.
As far as i know no other dealer in chandigarh charges for the accidents during test drive.. also i was given no permanent slip from the authority showing a legitimate process (though i have a hand written letter with my sign and the signature of one of there employee)..Can they actually charge me for this?.
