Poor Customer Services

I was surprised by the customer services I received from Bestech after I bought an apartment. There is absolutely no credibility of the customer service team. Bestech Customer Service people are never available to talk to you and never call back. They are only intereted in taking money and will never explain why they are charging you.

If you delay, you will be charged heavy interest in the backgroud and they will never inform you or ask you to pay any interest, once, you want to pay them remaining amount, they will ask you to pay heavy interests that they never demanded from you.

I think they should update the customers if they are charging anything beyond the principle amount. Otherwise you will never know that there is an outstanding interest and it keep increasing as you go.

Bestech Customer Service is simply poor.
