We have about 30 conection of airtel. Of late their is lot of network problem in gokley marg. we had regestered a complaint with 121 with a complaint no 22312384 saying that complaint would be recctified by 20/08 but on 21/08, when we gave a reminder another ref no was isued 22346953 stating that net work ploblem will be solved by 28/08. Till date nothing has been done.
I had requested to talk to some senior tecnition but no one responded. If Network problem is not solved we will be forced to switch to some other mobile company (that means all 30 conections).
