Iam not getting connection since three months... present my phone is disconnected from last 20 days

I have applied for post paid (pre to post paid) connection 3 months back..

I have submitted all my documents and i paid deposite also.

Till now not yet it is activated. Even though my phone is disconnected from last 20 days.

They are not responding properly for the same issue.

I have been touch with them every day but they not taking any action. And i went office also but even there receptionist also not responding and her behaviour also too much...

Please do needful..take necessary action.
