It is to inform u that today morning at about 10.10AM I went to fill the petrol in my scooter at Andhra Pradesh Auto service 16.8.9311/1 Malakpet Hyderabad. I had requested to the person who was filling petrol to take oil sachet then he said that he does't have the same his behaviour was no good. It is to my surprise that no filling point were having the same. I went to the Manager and asked the complaint book he refused to give and called one person and handed over the oil sachet box. Then I filled the petrol took the bill 7255 dated 26.11.2009. Even to take the I have to go to certain place and ask for the bill. In other petrol bunks the same issued by the casher. This is the 2nd time I am facing this problem. That time I called to Mr. Srinivas Rao over his cell phone. But he adviced me to first lodge complaint with the manager of the bunk. I request Sir kindly make surprise visit to such petrol bunks.. this Bunks staff are purposely not giving back the remaing change and trobling to customers. Harish Mulay
