Miss call from bharti airtel numbe

Hi,

I am getting miss call from number "9910069467" on every day - person calls me 5 to 6 times everyday - Whenever I try to call he did not response - most of the times he calls in night around 1 A.M to 3 A.M - Please advise should I registered the complaint in police station or you will take the action.
