My complain is if I will try the Mobile No 9939997748 always Network Problem

Same As Problem:-

 Number is Closed

 Number is Busy

 Number Not Responding

 Not contact of this Number

 Out of coverage Area

 Some time Other’s No contact With Me

9939997748 Life Time prepaid Number. So how Possible this number can is closed out of coverage area Some Times other’s Number Contact with me (Network Problem).

If I want contact my family. Who Have Extra Time so Every day Try 2, 3. 4 Hours try the number for contact

If I have Very-Very Big Problem this time how can I contact my Family

How Can Possible Develop Stage of Bihar.

It is not only my problem it is all Bihar Network Problem
