Dear Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your notice that I Mr. bikram kishor dash having prepaid airtel connection no-9967880741 had been requested from your malad branch manager to convert my pre-paid connection to post-paid as one special offer was going on. As per telephonic conversation with your manager of malad branch I was given an offer of package monthly Rs199/-with std Rs 1/-as outgoing and local Rs 0.50/-per min with local talk time 200 min.free. I agreed to your manager upon conversation and asked him for a sim card with security deposit of total Rs 599/-out of which Rs99/-is the cost of sim card. At the same day I got a door boy with a airtel customer relationship form which i filled up and gave him Rs 599/- cash in hand. Next day I received a verification call asking all details along with the tariff plan which was S.T.D of Rs1.50/-per minute against earlier commitment with your malad branch manager. At the time of verification I was so surprised with the tariff plan and told the person who was verifying to dis continue the plan and at the same time to returned the Amt Rs 599/-back to me.
