We requested to disconnect the mobile connection number 9910755337 (post paid connection) on 25 th sept (request no 18519451) but it is not disconnected till date and the billing are continue. All these are the only due to wrong information given by the Customer Care Executive. I asked to disconnect it permanently not temporary. Instead of doing so they lodged the request as the customer asked to convert it into prepaid in near future. Due to such wrong infomation from the customer care executive, Airtel is billing me (which is wrong) continuously without any break. Prior to the above request I never been defaulter in paying bills (in 2 years period) and so i never expect such lacuna from you.
The sim was well destroyed in the first week of October. Please look into the matter and solve the inconveneience to the customer and disconnect it with immediate effect.
